Now some of you know what I was talking about before.
Welcome back to The Chosen One. The first game is nearing completion, so I have taken it upon myself to start up to second game signup thread now so there will not be a longer wait later.
For those of you who are uninitiated with The Chosen One, first and foremost, it is a survivor masquerading as an interactive game. There is no longer a limit on the amount of people who sign up, but if it gets overwhelming, I will put a stop to the signups. Basically, you vote off songs. Round by round, one song goes out until there is only one song left and that song will be deemed The Chosen One.
Now, as you can tell by the title of this thread, this is officially a theme game, as most of the future Chosen One games will be. I have decided to go in a direction that no one would have thought possible when I first started this game...I am actually starting up an all-pop Chosen One. Now, there are SOME limitations. If you send in a single, it must be pre-2002. No exceptions, no excuses. Now, if it's NOT a single, it could have been put out yesterday and it would be absolutely okay. The pre-2002 rule only goes for singles. Also, once again, there will be a mystery informant helping me out with the process of choosing songs and such, but now the mystery informant will help me out in determining which songs are singles and which ones aren't.
As with last time, you must post that you are playing in this thread and then send in your songs to me via PM and, in this game's case, all pop songs, and it would be preferable if you could PM me links to the mp3s in case I do not have the songs. Also, do NOT, and I repeat for emphasis, do NOT forget to mention the titles of the songs, MP3s or not. And, of course, if you did not play in the last game, send in THREE songs. Only one gets chosen for the game itself, so please, choose wisely. Oh, and by the way, please don't choose songs just based on winning the game, because that'll just make you look petty and stupid. Choose three songs that you LIKE.
Now, if there are some of you that are not quite happy with this, just let me know and i'll see if I can help you out. But i'm warning you in advance: Just because a few of you might not like that this will be an all pop edition, it does NOT mean that your word will make me change the theme. It has been decided upon and there is now no going back.
OH, and one more thing: If you already submitted a song via the first Chosen One, it CANNOT be resubmitted. Period. You must choose three songs that you did not choose for the first Chosen One, in case you did choose some pop songs.

*8/2/06 NOTE: The game will more than likely not start until after my upcoming vacation is over, which will likely be on the 19th or 20th. Just a fair warning, but i'd MUCH prefer you send in your songs before August 6th so, that way, they are in. Call it a deadline of sorts.*
