I welcome you to my Best of 2014. This year will be more organized than the last two because I finally learned more about graphics and inserting images and all that. This year I will be doing:


Quick Top 20 Review of 2008-2013

Top 100 Songs and 14 Bubbling Under (Starts Dec. 19): I make a weekly top 20 countdown and I award 20 points to the number one song, 19 to the number two song and so on. At the end I make my top 100 lists. Up to 200 songs are eligible for the list each year but not all can make it. My favorite genres are pop and alternative, but I am not a hardcore hipster.


The 12 New Artists of the Month (One for Each Month): Self-explanatory. Lots of new talent this year.

Let me continue with the review! 2008 and 2009 were very nice years because I just began to discover the music scene. 2010 and 2011 were special too because I had just moved to the US so I discovered how the music industry here works and discovered a lot of new music. Unfortunately Spanish music got very bad but lots of cool new artists started to appear.

I am about to finish my 2008-2013 review, thanks for tuning in! 2012 is my favorite year in music thus far, it was just perfect. Even though most of the artists that dominated were one hit or one era wonders, the music was very good. 2013 was good too, better than 2014 no doubt.
