I need to lose 6 more pounds in a week and a half (When I get out of school). I just want to ask if some of you know great exercises and foods I should eat for these last 6 Pounds. I have been running for two years now and I have been lifting and running like crazy and I love it! I just want more exercises that would up my metabolism and foods that you guys may reccommend for me.
We have an exercise and fitness thread for this... There really is NO need to make a thread for everything. Unless you want to get banned again, just like the last 4 times.
