"Are u ready?! #YouBettaWorkB," the pop queen tweets.
The time draws nigh for Britney Spears' "Work Bitch" single, as the hotly anticipated piece of music -- the lead single from her eighth studio album, perhaps? -- will make its debut this Monday (Sept. 16).
"Work Bitch is going to premiere WORLDWIDE this Monday, Sept 16th at 6pm ET," Spears posted to Twitter on Tuesday night (Sept. 10). "You can listen on @iHeartRadio or your local radio station."
The pop superstar added, "Work Bitch will be available on @iTunesMusic that night at 12:01am ET, Sept 17th... are u ready?! #YouBettaWorkB #1Week"
Last month, Spears' official website began sporting a timer that counted down to September 17, with the caption "All Eyes On Me." The single title "Work Bitch" leaked online soon after, and last weekend, Spears told her 31 million Twitter followers that she was "gonna get my tan on in the desert" on the set of the "Work Bitch" music video shoot, with director Ben Mor.
After Spears guested on Will.i.am's Top 5 hit "Scream & Shout" earlier this year, the superstar also confirmed on Monday that she will appear on Miley Cyrus' next album. "Bangerz," due out Oct. 8, will feature a song with Spears titled "SMS (Bangerz)," which will likely cause the Internet to implode.
