No it was not this wasn't a joke/shade towards bey or jay.
It was an attack on a harmless child who can't defend themselves. Along with the shaming of a girl in a society that already discriminates against her heavily for her hair as it is. Only assholes and sociopaths would see nothing wrong with that ignorant statement.
Matter of facts years from now when someone bashes your child negatively on a huge public platform. Then I take it you would remain silent and not raise hell
