It's hard to classify Taylor against the rest, because her first 3 albums were all Country and her fourth only had 3 Pop songs. Some of them might be seen as "classics" in Country the way that some of the other Pop girls in the poll's hits are seen as Pop "classics".
I'm such a stan but Say My Name, Bootylicious, Independent Woman, Survivor, Crazy in Love, Irreplaceable, Listen, Single Ladies, Halo, Love on Top() woo lord
I'd say maybe Taylor overall out of the choices given, but like MissedTheTrain said, Taylor's first couple albums were country and I think that hurt a couple of her potentially classic songs from catching on.
Really though, I'd say different groups of people have different classics at the end of the day and this type of thing is hard to measure and determine.

True, Mean has been called a Country classic (which is kind of a random selection imo but whatever)
