Bigger flop? Can't Be Tamed vs Stars Dance vs DEMI
All three sold under 500k in the US and had one Top 10 single. Can't Be Tamed sold 1M globally while the other two are struggling to pass 800k, despite having bigger singles.
Can't Be Tamed was supposed to be what Bangerz done for her, transition her into an adult pop star. Considering that, and the huge decline from Breakout/TTOOL, Can't Be Tamed is the biggest flop.

Can't Be Tamed had only one US single and barely any promo. HWR didn't care about CBT at all, she even had to pay the music video for CBT by herself.
Meanwhile SD and Demi HAD promo and still have it. My vote goes to Demi.
Selena's is the only album that couldn't be called a flop IMO as it will eventually sell the most and, like Demi, has passed CBT in the US. The Stars Dance era was cut short and will still be the most successful.
CBT was a huge flop IMO because of the expectations that came with it. Miley had a lot higher standards that came with her and she didn't live up to them at all. She's doing fine now tho so
