Maroon 5's 2nd #1
Christina's 5th #1, & 2nd as a featured artist (the other being Lady Marmalade)
Maroon 5's first #1 from their third studio album, Hands All Over. Remember, the single was repackaged with the CD a few weeks into it's chart run, although it wasn't released with the rest of the album back in the late summer/early fall of last year.
Amazing song, it's nothing revolutionary but it's full of spunk. I was pleasantly surprised by how great it was.
....
This is a sweet victory for Maroon 5 fans, although he did have to use a competition show to gain relevancy back for the band. Everybody wrote them off last year after HAO sold poorly & Misery didn't go Top 10.
As for Christina, this is a nice feat for her fans too.
