Look, so no one said there was going to be a Britney Spears on The X Factor versus Christina Aguilera on The Voice rivalry . . . but come on, we can't help but compare just a teeny bit. Especially when we're finding out how drastically different they're handling similar situations on their respective shows.
So what am I referring to? Okay, so to review--Christina's claim to fame on last season of The Voice was basically that she wanted nothing to do with her former Mickey Mouse Club co-star turned contestant Tony Lucca. She didn't even recognize him during auditions (and was blatantly not a fan throughout the competition).
Well DUH. Of course they are going to spin that. Xtina can't catch a break nowadays. If she's mean, she's a bitch even when she tells the truth, but when Britney is mean, everyone applauds her... it's just double standards.
Xtina was nice to Tony Lucca but then criticised his performance for being too boring or wooden (which was TRUE), then Adam Levine took it as an insult and that flop Lucca decided to be ****s to Xtina and sing Baby to piss her off. The 99 Problems performance was against her too, before Xtina complained.
