I would say We Will Rock You. They have a whole play named after it. Plus, it's probably the most simple rhythm and catchiest song in Rock history. Old people to little kids know that melody, if not the song.

I see people naming Bo Rhap but that song is more of a magnum opus kind of thing and I don't think many young people know it.
