Nope. A friend told me to address them with gender neutral pronouns once but unless someone specifically tells me to use them I just go with he/she. It would be kinda odd to meet someone and ask them what pronouns to use

If one of my friends asked me to use gender neutral pronouns wouldn't be friends anymore, simple as that.
No, I wouldn't ask that... it would feel awkward and most of people would be like: "WTF!?". If they want me to call them in a specific way they should tell me... I wouldn't have a problem with it and I would call them as they want if that's what makes them comfortable and secure.
I'll only use pronouns Him/Her if they ask me to specifically after I've already called them something they don't find comfortable (if someone is transgender for example), but this has yet to happen to me. If someone would ask me to call them ze zem, xe xem, I'd walk away.
No, I try 2 use their name and be as mindful as possible about gender diversity and expression. My tools involve 1) name of the person I'm referring to; 2) name again, using their name; 3) if I ABSOLUTELY have to use a pronoun, I will go with "they," but my intention is not to come off as oppressive. I use "they" when I've run out of space to use _____ (e.g. Emily)
