Save Rock and Roll is the upcoming fifth studio album by American pop punk band Fall Out Boy. It will be the band's first studio album since coming out of a four-year hiatus, a follow-up to 2008's Folie à Deux. The album was recorded in secrecy in 2012 after multiple reformation attempts, and upon completion, was announced on February 4, 2013. The album's first single, "My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark (Light Em Up)", was released following the announcement, and has reached charts worldwide including the US Billboard Hot 100 at No. 26 and in the UK at No. 5. The album is scheduled for release on April 15 and 16, 2013 worldwide through Island Records. Upon release, the band will embark on a Save Rock and Roll tour to promote the album.
