It's that time of year again. 2015 has shaped up to be another great year in music. Not a lot of major pop girls released this year but that doesn't mean anything when there's a plethora of other great albums to choose from. 2015 started off kind of slow but we still got amazing albums by Dawn Richard, Big Sean, Fifth Harmony and the surprise release of Drake's album mixtape.
Since there was a lack of releases by major names in the industry, I had no choice but to get into some new artists and genres of music. I listen to mostly anything that sounds good so that wasn't hard. I really got into Alessia Cara, CHVRCHES, Halsey, Melanie Martinez, Grimes and Kehlani.
My year wouldn't have been complete without Miley Cyrus though. Yeah, she didn't release a traditional pop record but she did release one of the best albums of her career and everything she did this year amazed me and made me proud to be a fan of Miley.

Omen is kind of a grower. I didn't think much of it at first, but it caught on. (same with Ellie also actually. But that "What Are You Waiting For?" is helped it grow on me)
