EDIT and for the fun of it, let me tell you why
CIL is an excellent song, but I feel like Bey's vocals are too hollow because of a poor sound-mixing job, and thus is takes me out of the song. As for the video, the dancing is fun, but none of the imagery seems iconic. The song carries the video, as opposed to the video working in tandem with the song
Toxic is another excellent song, no complaints about that aspect. The video is just a little too ADD for me, but then again that comes from Joseph Kahn's directing style. It moves too quickly, there's too many cuts, and it's all a little rapid for me. Oh, and the special effects aren't anything to write home about.
They're both iconic songs that I respect, but none of them (at least for me) can surpass the perfection of Bad Romance. Song and video
