9 - Power - This is one of those songs that makes me just stop whatever I'm doing and pay attention. If I wanted to prove to a naysayer that sampling just as a legitimate art form as anything else, this is the song I would show them.
8 - 1+1 - I almost switched this with 7 but I couldn't! This is Beyoncé's most heartfelt vocal performance, and yes, the algebra line is
great.
7 - Climax - Mmmmmmm, Usher's best song. A great way to adapt to the PBR&B trend without sounding like a lesser version of other artists.
6 - Hella Good - Um I wanted to stan for No Doubt but I don't feel right putting them any higher

Great bop though.
5 - Anticipating - I had always kind of ignored the whole
Britney album, but this is the diamond in the rough. It's a great Disco song that sounds like All For You's younger sister.
4 - Otherside - Well, this is probably their only good song this century. It's a very touching song about anal sex.
3 - Hot n Cold - It's cute. It pretty much defines every Romantic Comedy from that era, but the song itself isn't
that impressive.
2 - July - YAWN! I listened to his album that was released this year and its much better than this but still. (Sorry nicklada

1 - Love Don't Cost a Thing - It sounds like an ugly version of "Try Again."
