I'm going to try to update this thread every week.
This chart above shows worldwide sales up until the week of April 11-18, 2012. At that time, Take Care's US Sales stood at
1,669,373 and the chart above clearly shows a total of
2,010,000 which means that the album sold
340,627 worldwide, not counting the U.S. by the week of April 11-18, 2012.
Since then, the album has fallen off the worldwide chart, but has remained strong in the U.S. Shown below are the weekly sales for the album in the U.S. for every week after it fell off the worldwide chart.

The current U.S. total: 1,770,527
Current U.S. Total - 1,669,373 = U.S. only sales after April 11-18, 2012
U.S. only sales after April 11-18, 2012 + 2,010,000 = Total
The current WW total with added U.S. sales: 2,111,154
But wait. There are still WW sales to add for each week after the album fell off the worldwide chart (April 11-18, 2012). Since there is no official way of tracking these outside of U.S. sales, we will have to use estimations.
However, on the world chart for May 5, Take Care charted at position
#35 and sold 22,000, but in the U.S. the album only sold a mere
15,766 indicating that for that week alone, Take Care sold
6,234 units that week outside of the U.S. Assuming that the album has remained consistent at around 6,000+ for the weeks of April 18th and May 2nd, Take Care has sold around a minimum of 18,000 worldwide since the week of April 11-18, 2012.
Current WW only estimation, post April 11-18, 2012 = 47,500~
June 23rd: 4,250
June 16th: 4,500
June 9th: 4,750

May 26th: 5,000 | May 19th: 6,000
May 5th: 6,234

CURRENT WORLDWIDE SALES
This basically shows that at a minimum (because I used a minimum estimate for the WW only estimation, post April 11-18, 2012) Take Care has sold the number below. Yay for math.
Last WW week included: May 26th, 2012
Last US week included: May 26th, 2012
