From the previews, I like Rise a little more.
But both sound like improvements from their last albums so

Loved them both, even though Rise a bit more at first listen but Make Me is a grower and I am pretty sure I will end up loving it way more.

I'm obviously biased but Rise sounds like it's an outtake from her last album. Good, but kinda boring. Katy in general does better on the charts though so it'll probably chart higher.
Make Me is very good imo, its a grower. Huge improvement from BJ
