This may seem offensive but today when I went to a training session,I realized how much color comes to play. I could tell. I could feel. With me they'd at most exchange some hi,hellos. With their own color,they exchanged so much more. And I am not telling this based on one experience. Today was just too solid.


Now I am not saying I hate/loathe my race/color,aw hell no ma'am. It's just that I wish people wouldn't care about it in general.
