But she wasn't. She got better then, but she didn't start showing real progress until 2005-2007. By 2009 she was a virtuoso.

No, it hasn't... and if you watched the video you'd have heard a crystal clear F#5 and a crystal clear G#5. She didn't even growl

As long as we understand.

Her technique hasn't worsened at all. She just does more things with her voice now. She's not afraid to be as messy and adventurous with her voice anymore. But she still slays with perfect technique whenever the song/performance calls for it.
