they change the formula to 35% streaming and it boosted PSY's song to #2. 35% for STREAMING? Are you serious? Do you know how easy it is to spam countless views on videos on numerous of proxies? Anyone who has some type of decent knowledge about macros and proxies can change the ranking of a song dramatically
Billboard is making a joke out of themselves, and this article shows more stuff that they're doing to sway rankings of songs
To be fair, around 2 weeks ago Psy was selling a lot and had some airplay. It deserves that #2, regardless of streaming. Plus, OMN was also benefitted by the streaming.
I dont even take them serious anymore. I will just enjoy what i enjoy listening too. Don't need a chart to tell me how great one of my favorite songs is.

Well streaming is a big part of how we listen to music so they should include it to make the chart as fair and relevant as possible. Of course you can cheat to some extent but that pretty much goes for everything. Just like radio, money is being made whenever someone listens to a song on Spotify.
