Before i start, i want to thank MYX Phils for finally giving a hit charts EXCLUSIVELY for Foreign Songs ONLY!! No OPMS (Original Pinoy Music aka Philippine local music)

I tuned to Myx Phils channel today (Saturday @9am PHT) and then the new VJ (Sanya) was hosting this show. The name of the show is M.I.T. 20 (MYX International Top 20)


That's right!! No OPM's only foreign songs!! they finally decided to separate them which is totally a good news. I LOVE IT!!! .Before i only watch MTV Asia's countdown coz i hated OPM's (no offense meant). It's just that i feel the music more in foreign musics and they have different levels of comparison. But now, im tuning in to both of them for the foreign music hits

yeah, they're finally understanding that we have demands for foreign music too. Im gonna tune in to watch this show weekly.

For those who havent noticed, here's a little something:
Zack Efron appeared in 3 out of 20 of the videos above.
Rihanna has 2 appearances in the chart
Teenagers has been in the charts even when it was battling with local Filipino music. Sometimes out of the top 10, 9 are local music and they're the only foreign music to enter the countdown @_@

I love this new show instead of that myx daily top 10 with 9 OPM songs and 1 foreign.


Elliott's Wait For You is FINALLY being played. But the album is not yet released.


Hope it climbs to #1 so Elliott could see it....

I think Eliott has a good chance of getting to the top. He didnt appear in the Myx Hit Charts last week but now it sky rocketed and even passed Fergie and Rihanna (18th,17th in Myx hit charts last week). Just like what happened to #2 and #3 of high school musical

Yeah, too much high school and much more zack efron lolz. What I like about this new segment of Myx Phils is that it has no local Filipino music!! btw, i noticed in the daily top 1- that the two high school musical 2 songs are the only two foreign songs appearing so we're getting an idea who will be the number 1 this saturday
