So the good sis Jay Fenty and others were discussing how we missed the days when R&B and Rap Music use to dominate the Billboard Charts in the early 2000's. The top 10 slot on the Billboard Hot 100 were R&B and Rap, now we barely see slim to none.
Does anyone know why? What are your opinions? I believe it's our fault for not supporting, but then again Record Labels don't help push those artists. Maybe it's politics? Thoughts?
I remember in 2007 you had TI, Diddy, Jim Jones, Hurricane Chris, Unk, Rich Boy, T-Pain, Bone Thugs n Harmony, Huey, Lil Mama, Akon, Soulja Boy, and everybody else on Top 10 Billboard, I know they probably suck but still, some of their **** was really catchy.
