2nd ATRL Hunger Games: WINNER NAMED + ACTIONS REVEALED
Citizens of ATRL, the time has come for our 2nd Hunger Games.
Years ago, the members of ATRL rose up to revolt and fight the mods in an epic battle on the plains of SYG and NHB that resulted in warning points, bans, and even permabans. To remind the ATRL users of our place and prevent future uprising, our mods created the ATRL Hunger Games. Each year, the Mods take two people from each district and force them to battle each other to death until only one member is left alive.
In our first Hunger Games, 24 brave ATRL users entered the arena in an epic battle that saw the alliances of the "Irrelevant Navy" and the "MockingYous" form, with HelloDer narrowly grasping the victory from Boyonce in the final kill (yes, I'm hosting from the afterlife...don't worry about it...).
The time has come for our 2nd Hunger Games. If you are not familiar with the original game, I HIGHLY reccomend taking a peek at Raguabros' 1st Hunger Games. And don't worry, I have spoken with him and have his permission to host the 2nd edition. You can find the original Games here:

Again, I will say that I strongly recommend you click that link and familiarize yourself with the Games. The rules may seem daunting (they really aren't) and I know you will all wrap your head around them soon.
The RULES (adapted from Raguabros' OP)
Rules.
1. Districts are randomly assigned
2. The ATRL Arena is divided in six sections - Music, Videos, Celebria, Base, The Lounge, and Games (more info on these sections later!
3. The Game is divided into Daytime and Nighttime.
Days: Day Kills & FEASTS
Tributes can vote to kill ONE tribute through UNANIMOUS MINUS ONE votes.
Aka: If there are 24 tributes, then it will take a vote of 23 tributes to kill the 24th– this is where alliances come into play. An alliance can successfulyl prevent the death of their fellow members. The voting is done in a public thread.
EXCEPT: when there are special FEASTS during the day, where the gamemaker puts out vital medicine supplies for those injured in the night. Feasts will be announced without warning & tributes will have the rest of the day to decide what to do. On feast days, the voting for a day kill will be suspended.
There will be 24 hours in a dayunless a day kill occurs before time runs out. If there is a feast, then day ends once all actions are received.
4. Nights: Killing or Hiding
Once the day is over, 48 hours will be given to nighttime (or less if all actions are submitted sooner). At night, the tributes have two options: hunt and kill another tribute OR hide. If you don't send a night action, you will die.
- HUNT
If you want to hunt and kill a tribute, then PM me the name of the tribute you want to hunt and kill & the area of the arena you wish to hunt.
If that tribute is hiding in your selected area, then your odds of killing are 25%, injuring 25% or missing your mark 50% (randomized and picked by the computer)
If that tribute is hunting in your selected area, then your odds of killing are 50% and injuring 50%. (randomized and picked by computer)
If a player has 3 injuries, then he will die upon receiving the 4th.
- HIDE
Tributes can hide in any given area in the arena.
If tributes choose to hide at night, they must PM me the word HIDE and the area they wish to hide.
Tributes cannot hide for more than 2 consecutive nights. (ex: Tributes can hide up to twice in a row, but on the 3rd night, they must attempt to kill. On night 4 they can go back to hiding.)
Tributes that hide will not be able to defend themselves from attacks at night but do have a high probability of escape (see hunt and kill above)
4. Additional Rules:
Alliances
If you wish to make an alliance with other tributes, you must ask them to join you in the public forum. If they accept, they will be given a password with which they can access a private forum only available for those in the alliance.
Tributes cannot speak to other tributes through PM. All discussion must occur in the DAY Threads. This includes voting.
During the day voting, each tribute must post the word VOTE and the tribute they are voting to kill in bold.
If you change your mind, then you must, in bold, post UNVOTE in bold.
You may form an alliance with any tribute you like – even if they are not from your district.
All alliances are informal.
Those in an alliance can break the alliance at any time (either by voting against one of their members OR attempting to kill a member at night.)
If you break the alliance at night, no one else from your alliance will know UNLESS the tribute you attempt to kill survives, in which case that surviving tribute will know the identity of his attacker.
If you DIE do not reveal the name of your killer to anyone.
If you're banned from ATRL, you will DIE.
Be careful where you choose to hide or hunt, for surprises may lurk in the zones at night.
We now ask for 24 brave Tributes to step forward and volunteer for our 2nd ATRL Hunger Games!.
