1 year later it is still praised and seen as one of the best HT show ever. Why?

I think Bey's performance is still the most remembered out of the recent ones, and the standard, but thats just me.

Missy's performance was amazing
and yea the Left Shark was a popular meme!
and when it comes to Katy, only loved her enterance (that outfit was awful, tho.)
I don't see it being praised that much. Media is posting these Superbowl lists every year that include the previous SuperBowl shows, that's it
