#20: Reaper
This awesome show about a guy whose parents sold his soul to the devil reached an exciting conclusion this year at the end of season 2. Reaper has consistently offered original, exciting storylines and great comedy. Unfortunately the show got cancelled in the summer, a fate that it certainly did not deserve.
#19: Glee
I really did not want to watch this show because it seemed really lame. But then I gave the pilot episode a try and it was SO funny. The first few episodes had me rolling with laughter. Unfortunately as the season went on the show focused on a really annoying and clichéd storyline involving two pregnancies (one real, one fake) and humor was found only occasionally, stuck between very poor covers of popular songs. The show still remained enjoyable overall, but I don't have much hope for further seasons.
#18: 30 Rock
30 Rock continued strongly this year and remains one of the best comedies on TV. There are never any weak episodes and there's something funny about each character.
