I see 25 selling 24 million by the time it's all said and done aka when her 4th album is a couple months old. 21 did 28 million.

they don't use US SPS number but use sps number in other eu countries ans others.
Becuase it's impossible to get pure sales number in countries where only sps album chart exist.
So It's no pure sales chart.

'Love Yourself' by Justin Bieber left the tally after 37 weeks. The ballad got a total of 8,593,000 points, 6,527,000 of it this year, enough to hold still the leadership on the year-to-date list. But it seems that in a few weeks 'Can't Stop the Feeling!' by Justin Timberlake (a total of 5,311,000 so far) will overtake.
