Aw, I wish I had stats all laid out like this but I'm pretty good at remembering which one has appeared on my countdown more so I'll just simply say an answer.

Selena - I've had all her singles since 2013 aside from THWWIW and GFY on my chart.
Bieber - Paid him dust this whole era and beyond. I think the only time I've had him on was w/ Sean Kingston's Eenie Meenie on my old old OLD chart.

Britney has had 17 singles on the chart, and out of those,. she also has had 13 #1 singles (but, unlike Rihanna, she has a total of 45 weeks at #1, more than doubling Rihanna's)

so...Id say Britney is my #1
