There's not one doubt in my mind this is true. Britney has every single quality needed for this task. The additive upbeat pop records to the seductive slow-tempo that are still damn addictive. The only downfall of this happening is Britney letting her personal life over shadow her amazing music career, she needs to buckle down and shut out the media, ASAP.

CHRIS/JUSTIN/USHER = MICHEAL JACKSON (FIRST MAN OF POP)

This is also a fact that one of these dudes will get this. Chris Brown, the young new comer giving the old geizeers a run for thier money. He's already showing he can bring the hits but he still has to show he can bring the epic stuff that makes a career legendary but he's still young so there's time. Justin Timberlake, may be the leader of the pack because he has Epic hits and proved he can get hits and make epic masterpieces. At the bottom of the three is Usher, he came VERY hard with his 2004 album "Confessions" but failed to keep the EPICness going with his new effort "Here I Stand", as the album was filled with fillers and put him way behind in the race.

CIARA = JANET JACKSON (SEXUAL POP & B DIVA) (- THE FLOP)

This is a VERY iffy situation. You have the godess of bringing pop and R&B together greatly Janet Jackson, then you have the newcomer Ciara who looks to have alot of potential, actually plenty of it but doesn't know what to do with it. I say, she needs to be molded into a superstar before becoming the next JANET. She will have to proove this with her upcoming album "Fantasy Ride" and from the first single "High Price" , it looks to be a real ride, maybe her real breakthrough. We will find out soon.

I would rather say that none of them are going to be like anyone else. I mean, I would rather have someone say that I am me and not becoming someone else. Granted that they all have traits related to those artists, I wouldn't say that they are the new (fill in the blank). I would rather have a career where people are saying that I am me and not someone else, no matter the situation. Everyone has individualtiy and labelling someone as becoming the new (fill in the blank) is almost pointless and in a way, degrading to their individuality as a person and as an artist.

Madonna has some amazing dance skills; her dancing is somewhat, usually, more 'artistic' and less intensive than Janet's dancing, but than doesn't make her less good than Janet - Madonna is a dancing queen indeed.

The music industry now is nothing like it was in the 80s. No fair comparisons can or should be made about "____ is the next ____" because artists may have been influenced by certain people, but ultimately they're trying to make a name for themselves, and not be stuck in the shadow of someone else.
