RS: Lady Gaga disappoints Sting with her performance
Quote:
Lady Gaga toasted Sting as well, singing and playing piano for a performance of "If I Ever Lose My Faith in You" off the honoree's 1993 album Ten Summoner's Tales. The platinum-wigged singer gave the song's middle section some extra bluesy growl, after which Sting wore a blank expression that looked neither happy nor displeased. But when she announced, "Ladies and gentlemen, Sting!" toward the end of her performance, he couldn't hold back a laugh

My favourite performance was by Lady Gaga. She moved Sting to tears and he was proud of her. Clearly a biased piece of writing. I guess Rolling Stone magazine is not a credible review website anymore.

I knew Hudson and Mars were going to be astounding. But I didn't see that coming from Lady Gaga, she really brought Sting to tears. Yes, I agree with some of the people in the discussion, the writer is a little biased, it's a shame that makes Rolling Stone look unprofessional.

Sting was very evidently moved to tears by Gaga's performance. Writer is clearly biased in this article.
