Eh, he's still doing fine WW considering what type of act he is. Traditional pop can't always be topping the charts- he was on a good momentum run after Home and Everything were met with success, and then peaked with Haven't Met You Yet/Hollywood, and the Christmas album is just the capitalization that keeps on giving. In terms of single success, he's far surpassed anything he released with the Christmas album, so at least he won't have the Xmas Song curse like Mariah.
Selling 3k WW after a 4 year absence from non-festive music is still pretty decent.
His tours, which don't feature Christmas songs, are INCREDIBLY successful as well.
He deserves it though. Great album
