a new category created just for gaga to win, i see.

I like this new change, more series like The Americans will get nominated hopefully. And I think Modern Family will make a comeback in directing.

The other races are so boring tho, the same drama and comedy series, actors and actresses will get nominated again and win again. The Limited Series race is the most interesting one.

If I read correctly it's for shows with episodes of 15 minutes or less.
