I think Sia or Rihanna are currently the biggest popgirls in Canada.
Sia had one of the biggest hits and her music is all over radio and Rih had two #1 hits this year here!

Celine Dion ( of course), Adele and Rihanna are the trinity, they are way ahead of the rest in France.
