Sup folks. I'm Tom Vercetti and this will be my 2nd best of that i'm doing. If you know me I like to rate stuff and i'm a bit obsessed with music. First time I did this it was a bit iffy cuz I was still fairly new but it turned out to be a success anyway. Compared to last year, I took the time to explore more music and found more material that I've enjoyed. So with that said, the amount of content that i'm offering will be slightly more than 2015. Here's what i'm doing;
Between later today and tomorrow i'll be revealing my top 20 eps of the year.
I'm covering my 200 favorite songs of the year. The majority of these songs will be singles with a few album tracks as well. It's not my fault that some artists makes poor decisions with their single choices
. Also, something different i'm doing this year is i'm also covering some K-Pop. So that means i'm splitting the songs to have top 180 western songs and top 20 K-Pop songs. Each of the songs will have a different lead artist, so no repeats from the same album will be on here.
I wanted to separate actual mixtapes from albums so they'll get their own shine. Most of these will be Hip-Hop oriented, hint hint.
I originally was going to do something crazy like 100 albums but due to time limit I cut it by half. I ain't complaining tho. That'll be less write ups I'll have to do.
The goal here is to share my favorites and spread some new music that hopefully some of you may enjoy, so expect some variety. I'm updating daily btw except for December 25th where i'm taking a small break. I expect to finish this by January 1st. I will try my best to comment on everyone else's countdown as well.
