I think the problem is that you missed the point of the 'Sh*t ______ Says' videos. The idea is that you showcase the mannerisms/ habits/ attitudes of your subject via a series of individual lines that sound vaguely like something they would say... basically using pop cultural stereotypes for comedic effect. Take this, for example:
Or, since it's more relevant to this thread, here's a celebrity example:
Notice how she completely immerses herself in the character. And the script consists of lines the actress wrote on her own (based on how Beyonce acts), so it's funny because we're watching it and thinking, "Ha, Beyonce would say that!"
But here... you're just reading Amanda's tweets in a goofy voice. So instead of thinking, "Ha, Amanda would say that!" we're thinking, "Yeah... Amanda did say that. So what?"

Well, you have like 100 likes and only 5 dislikes, so clearly you're doing something right lol. I can't speak for the rest of ATRL, though, so I was just explaining why I personally didn't care for the video.
