Gaga fans/stans ignore me so much. I feel unwelcome by them.
It's not a matter of how many posts or even how long you've been here. In order to "establish" yourself, people have to be able to distinguish you from other members and the only way to do that is by coming up with your own signature style (i.e. add something meaningful to a conversation, start threads, avoid using clichéd lingo/gifs).
And the post count doesn't really matter, there are a lot of people that have huge numbers coming from the Games and Your Top Ten sections, and nobody gives a damn about them

You're established by being who you are, if you need other people to establish you then you aren't doing something right.
