The #60th song on the Top 60 Songs of 2013 is.....
SMS (Bangerz) - Miley Cyrus feat. Britney Spears
I definitely think this song deserved the #60 spot. It was the most basic (no offense Miley) song out of all of the songs (even Hello Kitty ) and it landed a spot where it deserved it. The song is cute however and I like bitchy Miley and gangster Britney tbh .

"The other" basic song . This song is very cool and I like dubstep but there's no meaning to the song at all. It's a throw away pop/dubstep song but it is pretty cool that Avril dabbled in a little dubstep tbh.
Don't worry Avril fans, there are plenty more "Avril Lavigne" songs coming

Birthday - Katy Perry
Don't get me wrong, I enjoy the song a lot. However, it isn't a "strong" song per say. The song is about a birthday, can there be any more generic-ness? It's a cute song , the balloons part is a messT but it's cool.
