The highest-rated cable movie this year -- excluding sister network BET's backdoor pilot for Being Mary Jane -- it also ranks as VH1's strongest performing original to date. A total 4.5 million viewers tuned into the 9 p.m. premiere telecast, many of whom ended up being a rather active audience. VH1 credits the movie with generating just shy of 2 million Tweets, making it the most social TV outing of the day.
The movie fared the strongest among women 18-3 with a 5.5 rating.

Lil Mama looks just like left eye it's crazy. They still could have found a better T-boz but I guess her acting skills is going to be good. Hope they spill the tea on their bankruptcy and things like that.

Lil Mama is excited about the soon to premiere TLC biopic "CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story."

Appearing on Access Hollywood this week, the "Lip Gloss" rapper talked at length about researching and preparing for her role as Left Eye.

"She was a rebel and that’s what I enjoy most about my character because it was the most challenging part to know when to be super sweet Left Eye and then when to let it take you to that level," Lil Mama shares in the link below.

"CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story" airs October 21 on VH1.
