Cruise is between 7.15 and 7.2 million downloads. The last time the total sales were shown on Roughstock, which is the last time the song finished in the Top 30 Country Digital Songs, Matt Bjorke had Cruise at around 7.15, and that was weeks ago. Cruise still has not left the Top 50 Country Digital Songs Chart after over 130 weeks, so 7.2 million is probably closer. If you need to see the number sourced, go to Roughstock.com, type in Top 30 Digital songs, and search from January forward.

Also, if you go on Nielsen's Tumblr page, and scan backward to October, you will see they list Call Me Maybe with 7.5 million downloads.
I know you are still trying to keep up, since Katy Perry's Super Bowl performance boosted some of her download totals too. Thanks for your hard work!

21 Roar Katy Perry 5,770,000 *
Nice to see the superior song above.
Also lol at no songs from 2014 making it, UF will be the only one up there.
2011 was definitely the digital peak.

No songs released in 2014. Digital sales are declining.

Katy being on the list 5 times meanwhile some of her "bigger" peers not making any appearances at all.
Shocking.
