When i joined ATRL & Twitter i was surprised,i thought they were a "family" ,Rihanna and Beyoncé love each other, if they were in a Katy-Gaga situation it would be understandable since Katy destroyed Gaga's career and they have shaded each other several times,but R&B can coexist.

I don't know but it is hilarious.

It might be because Rihanna is more beautiful, popular and has sold more records, but I don't see why the two fanbases hate each other.

I think almost every artist will always have someone else who they'll always been compared to (eg: Gaga & Katy, Britney & Xtina).

I don't think we do, actually since like May/June we've been on very good terms compared to the earlier part of the year. If anything it's the Hive/salvation Army or the Hive/Swifties that hate eachother

We don't hate each other. Some negative people want us on war but that's it.

Rihanna & Beyonce have both actually sold 30M albums worldwide. Rihanna trumps Beyonce on singles, though.

Beyonce has sold 120m records, Rihanna has sold 150m in less than half the time than Beyonce's career.

Most of the hybrids are great

They're two black women (and the biggest female artists of this generation as already mentioned) so they were naturally pit against each other despite being friends and different artists, but I think the Navy/Hive realize that and have made the rivalry simmer down a bit.

Because they feel they are in competition with each other because they are both huge. But it's really pointless because they're both really successful in their own light and will probably continue to be

Beyoncé is at least at 140 million. And seriously, how can you even compare? Rihanna's digital tracks were ALL released in the digital era and she has two more studio albums than Beyoncé.

I don't know why two Navy members/Beyoncé haters are trying to make this into a messy thread - this is the reason why we don't get along.
Because of certain members.
And they both have their pros and cons - and it will never end.
Things in common: Both started out in R&B, associated with Jay Z, black females.
Beyoncé is more of an entertainer/artist, has amazing vocals and good stage presence & reasonable album sales. She's also really private.
Whereas Rihanna is more up front, into fashion, releases fun pop hits here and there, has amazing single chart music and is pretty sassy.
They're literally opposite, and the Hive and Navy believe in different things (such as albums going #1 than singles going #1 etc) so it just goes round and round and never ends

It's comments like this that keeps the drama going.
