This rate is the Katy Perry singles rate which (obviously) consists of Katy's singles and promotional singles throughout her career thus far. There are 23 songs to be rated all in all!
Rules:
You have to rate all 23 songs, or your votes will NOT be counted!
You are allowed to give decimals like "5.6 or 5.7" but if you give a decimal like "5.645632" I will just round i down to "5.6"
You can rate the songs all the way from "0" to "10" any results given in minuses or above 10, will be rounded to 0 or 10.

The deadline for your scores to be in is TBD (probably in July because I'm busy until then) and the results will start approximately a week after.

Yeah I know, I'm really sorry.
I have exams which start in 2 weeks and don't finish til late June, I'm then going to Florida for vacation until early July. So it'll more than likely start June 10th or around that date, sorry. :/
