In perhaps the least shocking news so far this month, Balthazar Getty and his wife Rosetta (with whom he has four children) are separating thanks to "embarrassing" photos of Getty touching and smooching actress Sienna Miller.




She's referring to the whirlwind of drama surrounding Miller and Getty, who were photographed in various romantic situations. Miller, who was nude/topless in the photos, was portrayed as a homewrecker by the media, as Getty is married with four children, and did not announce his separation until after the photo scandal.
Getty, who claims that he and his wife had been separated for months, has some who disagree. PEOPLE, sourcing friends of Getty's wife, say the two were "in no way separated" when the Miller photos were published. Balthazar's affair has been utterly devastating to Rosetta and her family," one said.
