Are there any states that you've been to where there's literally nothing to do there? I always think North and South Dakota.

Idaho, Iowa, Utah, Wyoming, Colorado, Arkansas, Texas, Alabama, Alaska, Louisiana, Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota, Illinois. Basically anything not on the East or West Coast, and you will deal.

Naw, not really.
All states have boring areas, just try to avoid them.
Although my city is boring because there's no funding for any festivals, nothing fun comes here, no cool businesses and if we have/had any of those things they either got chased away or I can't go. /endrant

I use Utah for the skiing during the winter and hiking during the summer. Besides that it's painfully boring

+1. Unless you're out in the desert for a long ass time I think Texas is really cool. Never been but I think it's one of the more interesting states

North Dakota was so ****ing boring when I had to visit some family there, I was there for 2 weeks, and I was trying to find the nearest tree to hang myself on. So boring..I couldn't wait to get back to Florida, and I hate Florida.

I know you live in Texas and all (at least I think you do, and you have every right to glove slap me if I'm wrong), but geez, not even Austin? Austin has Austin City Limits and SXSW!
Oh, and I don't think that any state is boring. Except North and South Dakota.
