Is Céline Dion More Impactful Than Your Faves?
Living Legend Céline Dion has impacted and changed the music industry in her over 35 year long career.
1. She is one of the three classic voices that all (good) modern singers want to emulate. (Insert Beyoncé saying she wants to be a legend like Céline Dion here.)
2. She revived the power ballad, expanded the appeal of adult contemporary music, and has provided a model that many adult contemporary artists try to emulate.
3. As the best-selling franciphone artist of all time, she has expanded the reach of French music especially in anglophone countries where where it is difficult to break in even as an anglophone act. Additionally, she is one of the, if not the, first quebecois that comes to mind for people around the world.
4. She has reignited and made the Vegas residency legitimate for female pop artists giving so many of ATRL's faves (Britney Spears, JLo, Mariah Carey, etc.) relevancy and coins again
5. She sang the pop version of the theme song to Disney's Beauty and the Beast making it into a legitimate smash hit. She paved the way for pop acts like Elton John to work on The Lion King soundtrack, Phil Collins to work on the Tarzan soundtrack, Demi Lovato to sing Let It Go, etc.
6. In addition, she has her iconic voice that many people know and parody. And she has won Album of the Year at the Grammys for her impactful classic Falling Into You.
7. She has released many classics, including but not limited to, Because You Loved Me, the aforementioned Beauty and the Beast, All By Myself, and the enormous My Heart Will Go On that still inspires many soundtrack songs to this day.
So is iconic legend Céline Dion more impactful than your faves or are you just deluding yourself??
If you say she is NOT more impactful your (pop girl) faves would have to be Beyoncé, Mariah, Madonna, or Britney. Very few other artists would be eligible.

Madonna does in so many aspects--biggest of which being the blueprint for all the pop girls after her
She also has the biggest tours, massive record sales and undeniable impact in pop culture.
Gaga in contemporary avant-garde theatric performances, synth/EDM-pop and music videos.
Gaga has won several acclaim and reached meteoric success in her peak and continues to reinvent herself and receive acclaim in other fields like Jazz and acting all in less than a decade.

I was going to right that the only people that could have more impact than her are probably these three and a few more. Either way Kween Céline is on their level

MJ, Bey, Stevie, Whitney, Mariah, Pac, Prince, and Marvin all do by a fairly large margin.
Selena Q is debatable.

You all really give them woman far too much credit, simply on the basis that she's sold a boatload of albums, MHWGO, and because she's part of the social media birthed "vocal trinity o the 90s". Celine Dion is a very successful singer, an icon in many parts of the world, but she's no legend, and her importance in popular culture is not very significant.
A lot of what's in the OP is just ridiculous. She didn't revive the power ballad, she's not a classic voice, nor is her voice iconic.

Why'd you change the title and question to the poll, though? Now those who voted "yes" to the first question would look like their faves have less impact than Celine
