Based on ATRL's Best of 2012

Received over 50+ ballots so let’s get this thing started!

Interesting Facts:
• A song that appeared on the 2011 list will be making another appearance on the 2012 list (surprisingly at the same exact position it peaked in 2011).
• Every song in the top 50 received over 50 points.
• The top 50 actually has a few surprises (at least to me).
• The male artists/bands put up a tremendous fight against the pop girls.
• Can we agree that 2012 was the year of the 'indie/hipsters'?

And could we potentially get a credible list going on here?

I thought songs were only allowed to chart once. So a song that made the 2011 list should have been ineligible this year, right?

You know, I haven't talked that up with Ace but I assumed songs that appeared in the previous year could appear again. After skimming through one post where he mentioned about a song that has a chance at appearing next year. Maybe I misread.

Would you guys like for me to scrap it and start the top 50 over?

Oh, I don't have a preference. I thought I remembered Ace saying that once, but I might be wrong.

If you've already planned it all out and done graphics, I don't think there's a need to re-do it
