15: Jojo - In The Dark
- A slow sensual song that is often overlooked because it was never sold. It was only available for download and definatley an underrated song. This could have done well if it was commercialized more and one of my favorite songs of the year.
14: Christina Perri - Jar of Hearts
- A nice ballad that is very underrated and needs a bit more exposure to the public and it could become huge. I love it also because it is not played on the radio endlessly and overall if you have not heard this song you should definatley give it a listen
13: Christina Aguilera - You Lost Me
- Off of the most underrated album of the year "Bionic" a very powerful ballad by the legendary Xtina . A great song with strong vocals that everyone who gives a listen should love. Very underrated as well.
12: Paramore - The Only Exception
- A very meaningful song and a personal song as well. At first listen I did not like this song but it grew on me a lot and now I love it. Paramore is the best band ever aside from Evanescence.
11: Taylor Swift Mine
- A very sweet meaningful song as well. Criticized highly for weak vocals or a bad "comeback" single. Not my favorite off the album but none the less a strong single.
10: Lady Gaga (feat. Beyonce) - Telephone
- Great dance track from the legendary gaga. Featuring another legend Beyonce this track is one that cannot be hated.
9: Shakira - Waka Waka
- Amazing song created for relief of Haiti. An amazing song to dance to and overall a nice song. Good purpose and raised money for Haitians
8: Ke$ha - Take It Off
- Probably my biggest party song of the year. My favorite Ke$ha song probably.
7: Rihanna - Only Girl (In the World)
- Very personal meaning to this song for me which is probably why its higher for me. But overall a good single for rihannas album and one of my favorite songs of the year as well.
6: Eminem (feat. Rihanna) - Love The Way You Lie
- Fun song to sing with for me and also a personal meaning with this as well. One of the best songs of the year by far.
5: Katy Perry - California Gurls
- My summer jam of 2010. I constantly played this non stop and it would be higher but no personal meaning to it other than a fun song that I still love
4: Katy Perry - Firework
- This song is the song I listen to when I'm not feeling my best. It makes me feel better and is my 2010 version of Beautiful by Xtina.
3: Lady Gaga - Bad Romance
- Song that pretty much dominated the whole first 6 months of 2010 for me. Me and my friends sang this non stop and it brings back such good memories
2: Trey Songz (feat. Nicki Minaj) - Bottoms Up
- The song that pretty much everyone i know loves. Everytime it comes on everyone raps the Nicki Minaj part and a lot of good memories with this song as well
1: Katy Perry - Teenage Dream
- The number one song of the year for me. It is mainstream and fun to listen to which I love and the most meaningful song of the year to me as well because it means the world to me because i reference it to the person I am pretty much in love with and it just means the world and it has the most plays for my itunes ever
Overall this has been my favorite year in music ever until I think next year because of new avril britney xtina beyonce gaga clarkson and more. Cant wait for another year of music
