Someone who was at the test screening was asked some questions about the film, here are the answers
First, here are the questions in case you don't want to know the answer(s) to any of them;
If you could compare the gore/violence/brutality to any other film, which one is about on par with it? (has an equal amount of gore)
What exactly did the executives that were there say to you all? Did they receive a lot of good feedback?
Why did they let minority groups in first if you were in the front of the line?
Does it set up S5 nicely?
Was there an overabundance of that knife "SCHWING" sound effect?
are the killers obvious ? i mean could you tell who is the killer from the beginning or do they keep you guessing?
Any direct references to the previous killers in 1-3?
There is also a little part at the end where the guy talks about different parts of the film, i.e how violent/creative the deaths are, he doesn't give away any deaths but does tell us what some death scenes
may involve.

For gore, I'd maybe say Sweeney Todd. Maybe RZ's H2, but it didn't look realistic like that one did.

@ the q&a afterwards, they mainly wanted to hear the negative feedback. There wasn't much. Only a few of the more stupid people had complaints. Everyone agreed that it was the perfect length and pace.

They let the groups in first because I think they wanted to get all of that demographic. It was stupid haha. But I understand why they did.

There was no cliffhanger, which I was extremely happy about. It's a closed ending, just like each if the first 3 was.
Was there an overabundance of that knife "SCHWING" sound effect?
I didn't really notice a ton of the knife noises, but I'm sure they'll add more in with the ADR.

Mm not exactly obvious. Once revealed, I was very satisfied with it. It was believable.
Any direct references to the previous killers in 1-3?
Billy was the only one mentioned directly by name.

I'm so excited for this, I've been visiting this site lately cos I'm desperate to know the tea on Hayden's character, Kirby, and whether the scream experts think she will survive. I expected her to be another Tatum/Hallie, but a lot of them think she will go on to become the lead in S5+6, which I pray she does. She seems to have that Lead Girl feel that Sidney had in the first film (judging from the trailers), whereas Jill seems really dull.
