Billboard gave us the true receipts.
Billboard List is based on Album sales, Single Sales, Radio Domination.
Everybody should accept ADELE, Rihanna and Katy are the ones who owned 2011.

Billboard spilled the tea.
Britney is legendary and Bey made a huge impact so they don't need to prove anything anymore.

The Trinity Committee declined Rihanna's application due to the lack of a #1 album.
The other two girls were accepted. Search for the third member is still on.
