Here are the Overnight Household ratings for The Voice. It’s down from the Season 2 regular premire, but up from where the competition reality show ended its run in April. I’ll post the overnight demos when they become available. Via Marc Berman
NBC took the crown last night courtesy of the two-hour season-premiere of singing competition The Voice, which averaged a solid 8.0 rating/12 share in the overnights from 8-10 p.m. The Voice was the standout in each of the four half-hours, peaking at an 8.5/13 at 9 p.m. as follows:
Comparably, The Voice returned to the Monday 8-10 p.m. block with a 10.6/16 in the overnights on 2/06/12, which was one night after it opened its season on Super Bowl Sunday. But versus the final four episodes of that season (6.3 rating), this was an increase of 27 percent.
