Are fan bases some what responsible for groups departing?
Every time there's that one member in the group who has the potential star power, the fans get all riled up thinking because they have the best stage pressence they'll become the new Justin Timberlake or Beyonce.
Fans beg for solo verses of the girl group member or boy group member 5H for example.
