She's still active in the industry, so, despite her sales, the fact that he was dissing her could affect her multiple ventures and therefore her lawsuit remains vaild. On the other hand, his response is childish and won't do much for him in court. His lawyer(s) must have been pretty desperate to resort to this. He has no other ammunition probably
